About Mahavir International Delhi
Mahavir International Delhi is a charitable organisation registered in 1979 under the Societies Act, 1860, engaged in providing eye care, health care, and welfare services to the underprivileged. Donations

- Donations are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. MID is not responsible for any errors, delays, or issues caused by the payment gateway, bank, or your internet service provider.
- Donation receipts will be issued to the name, address, and PAN details provided by you at the time of donation. Please ensure the information you provide is accurate, as receipts cannot be reissued for incorrect information after processing.
- Tax exemption on donations, where applicable under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, is subject to prevailing income tax laws and the validity of MID's registration at the time of donation.
- Refunds and cancellations: Donations, once made, are generally non-refundable, as funds are utilised towards ongoing charitable programmes. In case of a genuine error, such as a duplicate transaction or incorrect amount charged due to a technical fault, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction, and we will review the matter and process a refund where warranted, at our discretion.
- Sponsorship of specific camps, equipment, or beneficiaries (e.g., "Netra Daan", "Cataract Free Delhi") is subject to availability and does not guarantee an outcome for a named individual unless expressly agreed in writing.
