EYE CARE DAY 2022
Mahavir International Delhi celebrated Eye Care Day on 19 November 2022 at NCUI Auditorium, Hauz Khas, New Delhi. The event “Hope for light†is organized to create awareness about preventable blindness and to honour families of eye donors. On this occasion a video was released titled “Pledge your eyes†to promote eye donation. Also , the selfless work carried out by doctors, frontline workers and social activists in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic was acknowledged with the award of Mahavir Chikitsa Samman. Later in the evening a musical extravaganza by a group of eminent doctors and partner NGOs entertained a spell-bound audience.
